Service Description

50 minute sessions are a safe and supportive space for receiving and connecting with clarity in your life. You are invited to explore experiential psychology techniques and expressive arts in healing for a personalized practice of inspired awareness. This is a wonderful option if you, your child or teen are going through a transition (career, health, relationship, self expression) or curious to expand on your awareness/purpose.
